Remember Sophia?  Only a couple moons ago she was on our She Goes Outdoors Team!  Well, now Sophia Gobber is Nebraska's newest female Conservation Officer!  Hear about her experience through the Law Enforcement Academy and where she will be going next.   She shares an inspirational message for all female outdoor enthusiast. Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD), found in cervids (deer, moose and elk), what is it and why so fatal?  How and where are wildlife biologists testing for the disease?  What can hunters do to protect from the spread of CWD?

She is a mom, farmer, conservationist, biologist, leader and now an Upland Slam Champion.  Kelsi Wehrman,  Pheasants Forever, Inc. and Quail Forever State Coordinator wears many hats.  The camouflage and blaze orange stocking hat is worn with pride, because Kelsi and her PF team are dedicated to the conservation of upland game birds.  This all ties into hearing about her Upland Slam story!
