'I Would Never' is the latest single by Shehara, Sri Lanka's only female Metal soloist, written and composed together with Tennyson Napoleon, lead guitarist of Sri Lankan metal veterans, Stigmata.

The song was written and composed by Shehara as a Valentine’s day gift to her husband Tennyson Napoleon, who in return composed the music as a Valentine’s day gift to Shehara. The duo have been composing music together for over a decade. They made history with the debut of ‘Fountain of Memory’ in 2019, which became the first metal album by a female metal artist in the country. 

The lyrics of ‘I Would Never’ such as 'I would never walk away from thunder, even if the planets aligned with my head' and 'having you around is like a never ending hurricane' declare unconditional love bordering on a toxic relationship.
