The only constant is CHANGE. My Mind, Body, and Soul will continue to EVOLVE. I cannot emphasize how vital it is that I focus on the impermanence of life and how important it is to always be fully in the present. By doing so I can savor what is in my possession before it is GONE. Life is an endless MYSTERY due to the infinite transformations it can bring. The falling leaves, changes in temperature all personify these unknowns. We are all facing the same sea of MYSTERY. Trying not to drown.
