Ventura, CA’s Shelby Figueroa is a dynamic musical talent.  With a powerful, crystal-clear voice reminiscent of songbirds like Joni Mitchell and Joanna Newsom, she stirs the emotions of her listeners as she effortlessly moves from a velvety whisper to a fierce roar.
