Grown up in Düsseldorf, Germany, Lena early developed a passion for music and praticed Djing already with her first tape recorder! After a musical education and influenced by artists like Cyrill Hahn, Jessie Ware or Joris Voorn, she started her solo project in 2012. The result is impressive: multiple releases on labels such as Wonnemusik, Indiana Tones or Emma Music. Her fresh and melodic tracks put you in the right mood for dancing in the clubs, cruising in your car or just getting through a hard day at work.

Eumir Deodato - Born the 22nd of June 1942 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and by 1967 moved to the USA. 

Musician, composer, arranger and producer. Known for his 1979-1982 production work for Kool & The Gang and composing TV and film scores. 
Primarily based in the jazz realm but who historically has been known for eclectic melding of big band and combo jazz with varied elements of rock/pop, R&B/funk, Brazilian/Latin, and symphonic or orchestral music. Mainly, his records can be categorized as pop/jazz or crossover jazz. His successes as an original artist (keyboards) occurred mainly in the 1970s. 

Since then, he has produced or arranged music in more than 500 albums for acts ranging from Kool & The Gang to Björk, Christophe and k.d. lang, while keeping his collaborations with fellow Brazilian artists Milton Nascimento, Ithamara Koorax and Marcos Valle.

Now winter is coming in Japan. We'll have snow in a month or so. 
While strumming the acoustic guitar, I thought  of temperate countries where we could have a relaxed time. I naturally came to compose a song with Latin taste this time. Latin music liberates me from these hectic days in Japan:)
In addition to Godin, I used some Japanese electric guitars including YAMAHA.

Was watching a movie set in the Caribbean Islands. That was gorgeous, and I let my imagination run wild. All this sun, clear waters, light wind on my skin, feeling free and happy. I have to say I’m very visual. I create a scene in my head where I’d love to be and that in itself creates the music to go with it. 
Just picture yourself on an uncrowded white-sand beach, walking barefoot on this warm fluid sand under your feet. Looking out to these clear blue waters. Just picture going in for a swim, feeling the refreshing coolness of the water on your skin. Going snorkelling, sailing or windsurfing. Feeling exhilarated and free.
