Shellnelli, aka Keith Bless Regiment, is currently based out of Hampton, Virginia. Keith Bless Regiment is a lyrical giant in his own right. Keith Bless Regiment's full name is Keith Wise, Jr. and he was born on June 29, 1987, in Hampton, Virginia. The President of BSO Entertainment is a "love child" yet he was conceived in secrecy and out of wedlock, and for that reason alone, he is the self-proclaimed "Leonardo Da Vinci of Hip-Hop." He is his mother's first child and his father's forth son. At the time of his birth, his mother (Tajuana Jones) named him Keith Wise, Jr., after his younger brother's father. Formerly known as "Keith Bless," Keith Bless Regiment began writing rhymes under the moniker "Lil' Rookie" in the home of his younger brother's father (Keith Wise), in Rota, Spain, on October 15, 2000. His very first rhyme became his very first song. "I'm A Crook" was written at the measure of his finger snaps and consisted of four 10-bar verses, fortified between an infectious hook: "I'm a crook/Steal the show every time/I step on stage/Hear me bust a rhyme/I'm a crook." His earliest influences are 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G, however, he credits Nas and Jay-Z as his lyrical idols. Today, he is often compared to Kendrick Lamar and Kanye West.

After spending his early stages in southwest Spain, his family moved to Lakenheath, England, in June 2002. He continued to write rhymes about his life, his lyrical ability, and his dreams. In the fall of 2003, he was given a disc containing Fruity Loops 3. He started making beats in his spare time and he would call the same friend who gave him the music program to share his latest sounds. Soon after discovering his own producer's touch, he finally found and purchased an explicit copy of Nas' ILLMATIC. He had only read about the unparalleled classic album in The Source magazine before unwrapping, playing, and analyzing his favorite lyricist's first studio album.

Keith Bless Regiment, BSO President, has yet to commercially release any complete mixtapes, albums or projects of his own though he has recorded countless jewels since 2001. His most coveted tracks are timeless collaborations and collective efforts of "Regiment" (or Regiment VA), a rap group he formed with his god brothers in Hampton in April of 2008. "Regiment" (or Regiment England) is the name of the four-man clique that was established at Lakenheath High School during school hours, in the fall of 2003. The aforementioned songs by "Regiment" are filed on his personal computer and he has opted to reserve them for private listening sessions as they are not tracked-out or copyrights-protected.

In the fall of 2009, Keith Bless Regiment, began writing his unreleased, debut project, THE RAP MANUMISSION. He wanted to release THE RAP MANUMISSION on his 23rd birthday, Tuesday, June 29, 2010. The album's first track, "African-American" was produced especially for him in 2009 by a close friend who is now a Hampton University alum. The song contains a sample of Gladys Knight and The Pip's version of Curtis Mayfield's "The Makings of You" (1974). He wrote the lyrics the same night that he received the beat from his friend, Harlem native, Pibb. The song underwent an initial recording session and a writer's revision after the first recording session (there are two versions of the song). Only one version has been publicly released and it used to be available for download on his ReverbNation page.
