Mirror Walk is proud to welcome Barcelona-based artist and producer shelly.sntk with his debut EP “The Return” two-track EP evoking nostalgia, hopes and loneliness. 

Influenced by London scene and his origins the audiovisual, skater and Hip-Hop culture of the streets of Barcelona- the artist ended up giving a combination of Techno and House rhythms, with emotional melodies and nostalgic vocals clearly coming from his journey through styles such as R&B, Vaporwave and urban culture.

The EP begins with 'The Return', driven by a powerful melody, steady rhythms and emotive Pads throughout the song, from aggressive beats to beautiful parts of pure reflection and self-awareness.

Nostalgic journey 'What You Wanted' features trance-Esque bassline and melancholic vocals combined with uplifting pads.

From home to the club.

I wrote this song when I was living in London. One of the most powerful concepts of the song is the dystopia in which we sometimes find ourselves, where we are surrounded by many people, where everything is sensationalized, overwhelmed by a thousand external inputs, but at the end of the day we haven't even had time to stop for a moment for ourselves and we feel empty and alone.

Dizharmonia lands on ICONYC with a stunning two tracker called 'Derdera' featuring a collaboration with Shelly.sntk. The talented duo has been a well-known entity within the scene and have graced some of the world's finest electronic music labels with their unique and lasting productions. They developed an inimitable style of music, full of ambiances, paired with despondent and warm dreamy patterns that guided them to where they are to today and embodies the sound they now personify. People regularly equate their productions as remarkable and flamboyant in equal measures. 
 
On his debut Dizharmonia leads with the outstanding opening track 'Message' in collaboration with Shelly.sntk; a stunning driving melodic techno affair. The track utilizes a deep groove as foundation, underpinned by a profound bass and smooth synth chords that gradually ease their way to the summit. Unified by a relentless kick drum and dusky atmospheric emotion and Shelly's emotional vocal work, the composition climaxes by adding recurrent percussive elements and soft soaked melodies that come together to create a structured sphere of sonic satisfaction. Clever synth phrases complete the picture to create an ingeniously worked piece of art.

shel·ly aka shelly.sntk is the brainchild of the multi-talented artist, producer and singer, Martí Valverde, hailing from Barcelona.

This project was born during his stay in London, where he was introduced to the vibrant rave and club culture. Combining these new influences with his roots in the skater and Hip-Hop culture of Barcelona, Shelly creates a unique sound that is both electrifying and emotional. His music is a perfect fusion of punchy drums, rhythmic beats, and nostalgic vocals, taking listeners on an intimate and introspective journey filled with euphoric moments.

After his debut in 2021 with "What You Wanted" alongside the Turkish label "Mirror Walk" and his latest release "Alone" with the Greek label "Androgyne audio," he received support from artists such as Richie Hawtin, Fideles, Agents Of Time, 8Kays, Alfa Romero, The Element, and Enai. Thanks to this positive reception, he has reached the top 180 of dance in Greece, accumulated thousands of views on digital platforms, and has a 2023 with promising releases and performances all over the globe.

On the dance floor, he presents a live show that goes beyond a classic DJ set. It is a hybrid format in which he mixes his vision of electronic music with his live-sung songs. Thanks to this, he has had the opportunity to perform in venues such as Hand of Glory (UK), Soho (ESP), Las Vegas Convention Center (USA), Festival Porta Ferrada (ESP), Adelaide Convention Center (AUS), El Club (ESP), Festival de la llum (ESP), and for brands like Cupra and Swarovski.
