welcome to my world !

(dj)ade has been hiding within. she's shy, and has imposter syndrome so it took her years to take on this hobby. it all started when her sister surprised her with a dj set : a great toy to play with but she was too intimidated to try it out. years later, thanks to her supportive friends, and kool teachers the confidence finally came. 
special thanks to the one who has listened through and through my bullcrap and still managed to find beauty in it (wink wink @mambokahn)

she breaks free to take you on a sonic trip through her galaxy : a place were energies somehow align although they are planets appart. far from from the *star-studded* system, she wishes to showcase some hidden gems or allow old ones to be born again. past and present cohabitate to remind her future self where she comes from. she's still learning so plz be kind, plz be gentle. for now, she's feeling empowerment from her bedroom setup, but she can't wait to make you move, smile, cry melancholicly on the dance floor ✨ 

(dj)ade is pronounced jade. It certainly is a reference to a precious green stone that is said to transform negative energies into positive ones. Like a motto, (dj)ade believed strength can be found in melancholia. As a verb, jade is historically referred to a woman that has lost it's value. To be faded is to disappear. I wanted to appropriate this term and give it's full paradoxe as a woman taking control of the dj set.
