Honored to have Ravin as a Guest on our monthly podcast and ending the first year of podcasts. 

Ravin grew up in Mauritius and was raised according to the traditional Hindu teachings. He later moved to France as a teenager and rapidly focused on his longtime passion - music, mixing, playing, producing thus
creating his own imprint.

DJ Ravin’s fame rapidly grew through Paris nightlife and he began to play in famous celebrity haunts such as the Rex or Les Bains Douches.

In 1997, he played his first sets at Buddha-Bar Paris and greatly contributed to the concept’s unique musical signature, constantly expanding his horizons,
before imprinting his unique fusion style on several compilations released by George V Records.

The Endless River is the fifteenth studio album by the English rock band Pink Floyd. The band's first studio album since The Division Bell (1994), it was released in November 2014 by Parlophone Records in the United Kingdom and Columbia Records in the United States. It is the third Pink Floyd studio album recorded under the leadership of guitarist David Gilmour following the departure of Roger Waters in 1985, and the first following the death of keyboardist Rick Wright in 2008, who appears posthumously. According to Gilmour, it is the final Pink Floyd album.

The Endless River comprises instrumental and ambient music based on material recorded during the Division Bell sessions, with new material recorded in 2013 and 2014 on Gilmour's Astoria boat studio and in Medina Studios in Hove, England. It was produced by David Gilmour, Youth, Andy Jackson and Phil Manzanera. Only one track has lead vocals, "Louder than Words". After the death of longtime Pink Floyd artist Storm Thorgerson in 2013, the cover was created by artist Ahmed Emad Eldin, design company Stylorouge, and Aubrey Powell, co-founder of Thorgeson's design company Hipgnosis.

The Endless River was promoted with the "Louder than Words" single and artwork installations in cities including London, New York, Paris, Berlin, and Milan. It became the most pre-ordered album of all time on Amazon UK, and debuted at number one in several countries. The vinyl edition was the fastest-selling UK vinyl release since 1997. The album received mixed reviews.
