Zulfiqar J. Khan (The Mentor): This is another song from the Nescafe Basement.. Written and Composed by Adnan & Rabbi, this is exactly what the Basement stands for i.e. “Fresh”. Arranging, structuring and adding musically to this song was challenging for me, but at the same time, was refreshing. The song is catchy, a lot of fun, and finally a love song that is not run of the mill, both lyrically and musically.. And yes, this is the first song we performed and recorded at the Basement.
