There’s a FULL range of aspects of mental health that affect our EVERY DAY LIFE. The constant images, videos, and things we are pushed all affect our mental health all the time. This month, and every month there after, as people of color, minorities, humans- let’s make sure we take care of ourselves. And if you are someone that is dealing with depression, anxiety or anything else or even if you’re not sure if you are and you want to look into platforms and options-NEVER feel ashamed to do so! Period. Your mental health is beyond important and as I always say and live by, the most “lit” thing you could ever do is take care of yourself.
