I've been playing around a lot with how to take the mourning out of mornings... many of us feel this heavyass weight on our spirit when the buzzer goes off, like the AM is out to troll us, not welcome us.

So in an effort to chase that anxiety/uncertainty/monotony away I've created my version of a morning pep talk. A shot of mindset caffeine to get our tanks filled up right.
