Pain is a song I wrote back in 2017 when I was going through a lot of obstacles in my life and away from home. This is also tribute to my god brother Anthony “Aj” Weber that died a year after I came back home from my experience. On February 4, 2018, Anthony Weber, a 16-year-old African-American boy, was fatally shot by deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in Westmont, California. Deputies came to the scene because they received a 911 call. The caller claimed someone had pointed a gun at him. He was unarmed and murdered in cold blood and I want to dedicate this song to anyone who’s ever lost someone they loved and is going through a rough time in life right now just remember that pain is only temporary and to keep yo chin up and chest high everything gonna be alright keep moving forward 🫡
