Here With You is, by far, the most meaningful song I have ever written. I wrote it for the most special person to me. It's about the love we share and how he has changed my life. It is about how I feel when I "lie in his arms".

Here With You

When producer Marc Ganetakos suggested I cover "Magic Man" by the great 70's rock band Heart, I was almost afraid to cover it because it’s such a powerful song both vocally and instrumentally. I’ve always loved the tune and have admired Heart all my life, so I hoped I could do it justice. Once we got into the studio, I just totally let go and sang my heart out. One day Marc surprised me when he told me that world renown fiddler and Juno Award Winner Ashley MacIsaac would join us on the track. I was blown away! It was such an honor to have him play on the tune. Ashley's fiddle and Marc's banjo and dobro created the cool country vibe we were trying to achieve.  In this version of "Magic Man" you'll hear both classic rock and country in perfect step, which together reflect the two musical loves of my life.
