Psycho Radio is back in 2017 with a new single, 'Feelings Coming Back', following last year 'Bad Reputation'. It features again the amazing vocals from the British singer Leroy C Anderson and takes inspiration from the 80's new wave, italo disco and electro grooves.
Born in 2002 from an idea of the Italian dj Daniele Tignino and now with the addition of the producer Da Lukas, the project burst in the music scene with an innovative sound. Tracks like 'In The Underground' and 'Right Stuff' brought a breath of fresh air in those years, and they still sound very actual today.

The pioneer of Cosmic Disco Daniele Baldelli, who also remixed the previous single, is back with Marco Dionigi delivering two infectious mixes exploring new wave and psychedelic territories, using guitars, crazy funk basslines and electronic synths

"Night Drive" with its robotic beat, syncopated bass and repetitive pop vocals drenched in reverb is reminiscent of these treasured 12” extended mixes found on the b-sides of your favourite techno pop band of the 80’s. You know the ones carved by Ship Pettibone and the likes and where you didn’t need to suffer the emo chorus of the original.

Club Bizarre are closing the EP with their own hypnotic take on this track. All bouncing bass and trippy synth sequences, their remix feels more techno but somehow manage to bring out the cinematic and romantic sides of the original.

John Talabot and Axel Boman teamed up in 2017 for their R&S debut ’The Night Land’ where they got to flex their creative muscles over eight tracks of rich synth jams.  

The two electronic artists have been independently successful in their respective careers, but as Pitchfork expressed in their glowing review “Their collective output doesn’t sound much like either’s work; it doesn’t even necessarily reflect the thin, convex sliver where their interests overlap. Instead, they’ve hit upon something new.”

This new sound also proved to be a hit with the likes of Mojo, Phonica, XLR8R, Self Titled and DJ Mag all including it their annual best of lists.

The artists have now handpicked four artists to create their own vision of the Talaboman sound.  
Superpitcher, Samo DJ, Luke Slater under his L.B. Dub Corp alias and Powder have all seriously delivered the goods.

Having previously released on a wealth of labels including Marco Dionigi's Quantistic division and mighty Dutch imprint Bordello a Parigi (the latter in cahoots with legendary producer Alexander Robotnick), it would be fair to say that Tulioxi is one of the rising stars of contemporary cosmic disco. Further evidence to back up this theory can be found on the Italian producer's latest EP, in the rubbery bass, wild electronics and mind-altering effects of Baldelli-esque opener "The Outside" especially.

Nein Records is no stranger to the 44100, with a number of premieres and a number of guest mixes who have been on
or have links with Nein. Tronik Youth's 'techno but not techno' imprint has called in the services of new talent from Bruges
Pierre Vue, AKA Connor and gone one stage further by calling in Mexico based Armando Ramirez also known as Horreur to reconfigure.
The result is an epic dancefloor destroyer which is dark as hell and full of fire, filth and fury. A low end which would rattle windows and an unrelenting rolling bass which typifies the sound of Nein. Stratos is the sound of two young producers literally reaching for the sky. Keep a close eye on both of these producers. 
If their recent output is anything to go by, the net 12 months will see them both go stratospheric.
