Meet your new favorite meditation. It's designed to be used over and over again. Over 24 minutes you will put your powers of creation to work all while allowing Spirit to show you what wants to be addressed right now. It's a powerful manifestation meditation that will also leave you with insights on your own story. 

This meditation was created for a friend's 40th birthday celebration and was recorded live at the party. There are some minor noises in the background that will likely not interfere with your meditation. I invite you to use the extra sounds as fuel for your practice, notice them but do not attach meaning.

After being asked three times for a meditation to "calm the fuck down" (no kidding those were always the exact words) I decided to take it as a solid sign. As I sat down to work I looked out the window to see a gorgeous tree effortlessly dropping leaves. I smiled, said out loud, "message received" and started to record. I hope you love this one. It's short, sweet and powerful.

This is an active receiving meditation. In this meditation you will focus on a practice of getting quiet and intentionally listening to your inner voice, your whisper.

Before you begin the meditation you’ll be asked to listen to five bucket areas of life and choose which one feels most resonate for this moment:
1. Work/ Career
2. Relationships
3. Health
4. Spiritual Practice
5. Fun
 
You will use this as your area of focus and curious inquiry as you listen inwardly and spend time in silence. From there you will be guided into scanning, relaxing and acknowledging the body. Next you will move focus to your portal of receiving and we will begin the process of asking what is calling to you right now.

As always, remember it doesn’t matter if you’re making it up or if the images/ sensations/ thoughts are coming to you. Simply notice what unfolds for you during the meditation without judgement. Approach your meditation practice with a sincere and open heart.
