With Golden Tranquility I was trying to create something that was both very relaxing and peaceful.

Considering how much stress is out there due to Covid 19 virus, I thought I would produce a piece of music that helps people alleviate stress levels and help bring back a sense of normality back to our lives.

Shimmer Johnson born and raised in Canada. Shimmer writes haunting melodic melody lines that just get stuck in your head. She is known for her soft yet strong vocals, honest lyrics and touching songs. Shimmer is able to connect with the listener in ways that most vocalists can't. Shimmer plays piano as well as sings and produces all her own material. 

Currently Shimmer has over 100K Fans on her facebook page. Over 230K Streams of her song “Don't Break Me” on “Soundcloud”  Over 205K Streams of her song “Pride” on her Spotify Page. Over 110K streams of her song “Getaway” on her Spotify page.  As you can see with little than 9 months she has reached a lot of people with her music with her own marketing skills. 

Shimmer collaborates with people all over the world.  Shimmer has worked with bigger names like Michael Jay. Michael Jay has written big hits like “TOY SOLDIER” for “Martika.” Shimmer has also worked with “Big Chris Flores” at Rehab Studios in California. Currently they are finishing a project that is simply amazing! Shimmer has also worked with Steve McClintock who has written songs like “All This Time” for 80's pop star “Tiffany” She has also worked with Kevin Fisher who is known for writing some of “Rascall Flatts” first demo's and Sarah Evans first album.  Shimmer is a name that will be known. Her music is timeless. Once you listen you will understand how great of a writer miss Shimmer Johnson is. Shimmer currently writes in all genres ranging from pop, contemporary, top 40's and pop rock.
