Headlines

Based out of Albuquerque, NM they only add to the Cult of Americana, scorching the Southwest with their fire n brimtone since 2001!
After 11 Years of playing a hybrid of covers and originals at countless bars, bike rallies and clubs, SHI released their 1st effort "11 Year Itch", in 2013. 
      SHI was nominated in 2014 and brought home the New Mexico Music Awards Best Metal Song for "BLACK WIDOW".  
Aug 2017, S.H.I officially released "Fall Away" nominated Best Metal Song by the New Mexico Music Awards 2018. 
As a follow up to 11 Year Itch and the single release "Fall Away", the boys recorded in Sacramento, Ca in May 2019 and release their 7 song EP titled "Headlines" Dec 27, 2019. 
        Fast forward Spring 2020, long time guitar player Louis Torres stepped down and was replaced by James Campbell in May of 2020. 
        August 2020 they head back into the studio focused with fresh ideas,  a new guitarist and bang out five new songs under a new band name SHISTR. Anticipating a late 2020 release.
