Exploring a new approach to working together, I sent @R-salchaks-mood-exhibit two "vocal streaks"—a stream of vocal gestures improvised to his track, "Void Reconstruction in Granular Behavioral Studies," that he could use as raw material in something new.  He took those lumps of clay and worked them into this beauty. What a pleasure to hear the results and expand my understanding of what's possible. Collaboration is king.

Piece composed in 2002 for the trailer of the documentary 'My Three Peaks' ('Le mie Tre Cime') by Andreas Pichler. Direction: Andreas Pichler | Animation: Nunzio Cicero, Gigi Tarantola, Tatiana and Riccardo Arena. 
Part of the piece was later used in the final cut of the documentary. This track marks my very first experience with a sampler! I used Halion software (maybe version 2) and some sample CDs for Akai lent to me by a friend.
I put it here as it was, just cleaned up a couple of clicks, also because although I kept the score I no longer have either the sounds samples or the software to open the original project...
