I created this track to honor someone who left a mark on everyone who had the privilege to know her. Laurel was more than just an inspiration—she was a force. She influenced a generation of performers and artists with her creativity, her authenticity, and the way she lived fully and unapologetically. She had the kindest soul, the fiercest heart, and the rare kind of energy that made you feel seen and understood.

This piece is a tribute to her spirit, her legacy, and the love she shared so freely. I hope it brings you a moment of reflection, remembrance, or peace.

MOTHER 2, released as EarthBound in the West, is revered as one of the most offbeat and memorable RPGs. Citing influence from artists such as Brian Wilson, Frank Zappa and John Lennon, Suzuki and Tanaka created a diverse soundscape quite unlike anything that came before it.

Remastered specifically for vinyl and released outside of Japan for the first time ever, MOTHER 2 is a must have for video game music and soundtrack fans.
