The legendary trio are one of the most well-known and most loved Brazilian exports, still regularly touring, including dates worldwide.

Most prolific during their time signed to Milestone, where they released 10 LP’s between 1979 and 1988.

Osmar Milito e Quarteto Forma - America Latina

‘America Latina’ is taken from the soundtrack to the Rede Globo soap opera "Selva De Pedra”, released on Som Livre in 1972. A cheerful, upbeat MPB song with a killer chorus drop.

Milito began his career in 1964 artists as Nara Leão, Maria Bethania, Vinicius de Morais, Gilberto Gil, Jorge Ben and Elis Regina amongst others. He worked in the USA with Chico Buarque and Sergio Mendes for several years in the 70’s, also appearing alongside artists including Liza Minelli, Mark Murphy, Spanky Wilson and Sammy Davis Jr.

Om Aim Hrim Klim Chamundaye Viche" is a powerful Sanskrit mantra dedicated to the fierce goddess Maa Chamunda, a fierce form of Durga. 

The mantra is believed to invoke protection, prosperity, and spiritual strength by calling upon the energies of Maha Saraswati (Aim), Maha Lakshmi (Hrim), and Maha Kali (Klim), with "Chamundaye" referring to the destroyer of demons and "Viche" meaning shield.

Aim: The beej (seed) mantra for Maha 
Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom.

Hrim: The beej mantra for Maha Lakshmi, the goddess of abundance and prosperity.

Klim: The beej mantra for Maha Kali, the goddess of power and transformation.

Chamundaye: A name for the Divine Mother as the destroyer of the demons Chanda and Munda.

Viche: A word meaning "shield" or "protect". 

Chanting this mantra is thought to provide spiritual protection, emotional healing, and help in overcoming obstacles and fear. 

It is considered a potent tool for spiritual growth and success.
