We’re offering You a task that might make Your life in lockdown a bit easier. Up until 7.02.2022 We’ll be waiting for Your DJ sets. Preferred genres: trance, old-school, acid, uptempo, deep/hypnotic, EBM. The recording should be about 45 mins long and present Your style as well as the abilities that You possess. The tracklist in the description is also required.
We’re especially hoping to hear some vinyl passionates, live act performers as well as hybrid sets. For all those that want to take part in the contest: Please note that We expect You to be familiar with the DJ gear in the form of CDJ/Turntable + mixer. Once recorded, leave the Soundcloud links in the comment section under this post. We’ll choose at least one person from all the entries and offer a chance to perform at the next SECRET VALENTINES RAVE 12/02/2022.

After releasing records on L.I.E.S, Jealous God, Semantica, and his own label project Summa Cum Laude to name a few, Domenico Crisci quickly rose to prominence among purveyors of timeless techno. 

One of his earlier records on Jealous God cemented his reputation as a careful engineer of effective, hard, crafty dance floor cuts that comfortably sit next to early works of the genre’s pioneers. 

Domenico’s sets consist of an eclectic mix of acid, techno, and electro with a non-conforming puristic approach - causing chaos to some of the best clubs in the world.

Drake x Central Cee - Which One (Berkay Deniz Remix)

"ASCENSION" is the debut album release from artist ston, independently released. For this project, I set out to explore hard house, bassline, and electronic elements throughout.

This body of work means a lot to me—it took up six months of my life and taught me so much about music production. It also taught me the importance of committing to what you set out to achieve and the struggles that can come with that. Most importantly, it showed me that imperfection is okay when the alternative is procrastination.

I created this album using the DAW FL Studio, and as of its release, I’ve begun transitioning to Ableton—a commitment I set for myself when I first started this project.
Through this experience, I’ve learned that moving forward, I want to dive into more intricate ideas and trust my creative process without falling into the trap of comparing my work to others. I’m eager to experiment with more abstract percussions, deeper emotional progressions, and unconventional grooves. It’s going to be a journey, but I’m excited for it to begin.
