Dutch underground electronic music artist Gerwin van Engelenburg presents the Control EP, a masterful blend of hypnotic rhythms and timeless acid influences. Released on the enigmatic Modern Nostalgia label, the EP features three standout tracks.

The title track, Control, channels deep, hypnotic Detroit techno energy, weaving intricate melodies and pulsating grooves. It appears in two versions: the original mix, which drives forward with commanding intensity, and the Drum Sucks mix, a beatless reimagining that strips away the percussion, fully exposing the mesmerizing synths in all their beauty.

The B-side, Phase, delivers a timeless burst of acid-fueled techno. With its sharp, resonating 303 lines and a relentless undercurrent, this track exemplifies Van Engelenburg's ability to craft music that bridges nostalgia and modernity.
