 Saṃhāra refers to “universal destruction, one of the five fold activities of Nataraja. As Nataraja's Cosmic Dance represents apocalypse and creation, the daily rhythm of Birth & Death. 
When the Ego is destroyed, there can be no existence other than this CONSCIOUSNESS (Self). Thus Lord Nataraja danced & seperated the Body & Self.

This EP is a celebration of the people and culture of Kerala, India.
Taking inspiration from Kadhakali and the beats of chenda, this is an amalgamation of the traditional pachavadhyam and electronic music.
When I was at a traditional festival dedicated to Goddess Bhadrakali in Kerala, I got to experience the divine feminine energy and the inspiration I derived from that experience is reflected in this album.
The last track Oppees is a funeral track. It is a tribute to our beloved Sanjay who left us from the dance floor in 2024. Thalam, melam, aarambham!
