In the first single from the forthcoming album 'Blood Negro', Eagle E and Doc B (EEDB) reveal that we are no longer in a state of racial utopia and that things are actually going backward.  In terms of craft, 'Take my people home' is a beautifully hard-hitting piece of work with a grinding almost 'old school' musical background that harkens back to the golden age of Hip Hop and Rap. The track features a gospel vocal that drives the whole production with heartfelt authenticity.
