"I deal with a lot of anxiety & some other mental health issues on a daily basis. A large portion of my life is dedicated to coping & working through these issues. One of my coping mechanisms is by writing music. I wrote “Panic Attack” after coming down from a panic attack that had struck me practically right as i was rolling out of bed one morning. It was incredibly therapeutic to design the uptempo, acidic, twangy lead that the track is centered around. I was trying to create a sound that encompasses the crawling, uneasy feeling that I feel so often. I think I pulled it off. Hope you enjoy."
