After the massive success of “Paradise” on Monster Pure last year, we have Cold Blue returning for another outing with us, this time on the flagship Monster Tunes label itself. 

Having recently been signed to Anjunabeats we know the quality that is being delivered by Cold Blue, so couldn’t wait to snap up his latest EP featuring two fantastic tracks “Journey Home” and “Fever”. 

“Journey Home” is a massive euphoric trance anthem with a huge driving bassline and we are certain this is going to do the damage for any Trance DJ out there, so don’t miss it. “Fever” is a pure summer anthem, with huge reminiscence of classics from the late ‘90’s and Oakie style sets that really shaped the future of Trance back then, this one is MASSIVE!

I started this track for a Mosaic community tournament with nature as the theme and thought it would make a good 500 follower special single. It tells the story of a flamboyance of flamingos descending from the sky, chilling for a little while, having a dance and then flying off again.

A truly exciting collab up next on Colorize sees PRAANA team up with Dezza and LEVV for thrilling single 'Mirrors'. 

PRAANA, the enigmatic duo who burst onto the scene with their first singles in 2019 and recently guest mixed on Above & Beyond's Group Therapy, combine with Canadian Progressive House maestro Dezza, who has also had a whirlwind of a year having released his debut album 'Cosmos' in March on Colorize and headlined the label's first event at London's Oval Space in July. With two upcoming shows in Chicago & Seattle as well as the Colorscapes Compilation mixed by himself and Matt Fax all happening in September, it's been an exciting few months for Dezza. Finding air time with the likes of Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1, Jason Bentley on KCRW and The Aston Shuffle on Australia’s triple j for their moody dancefloor rework of ‘Breezeblocks’ by alt-J, Tinlicker reveal the final single ahead of their debut album release, ‘This Is Not Our Universe’.

Returning to the soulful laidback house music that made them such a beloved act on Anjunadeep, Jordi and Micha are reunited with Australian singer Thomas Oliver, the voice behind ‘Nothing Without You’ and ‘Soon You’ll Be Gone’.

"Thomas Oliver has been a friend of the family ever since he appeared on Black Sun Empire's 'All Is Lost' for the first time. Together we wrote 'Soon You’ll Be Gone’ and 'Nothing Without You’, so we definitely wanted another track in collaboration with him on our album. This tune has a very nice feel-good vibe for us, and that is mainly due to Thomas' vocals. We tried to make the instrumental elements fit around it as well as possible. "

Tinlicker’s ‘This Is Not Our Universe’ will be released on vinyl, limited edition CD tin and digitally on the 27th of September. Grum’s ‘Deep State’ transmissions resume...
Conspiracy theories have been running wild around the disappearance of Graeme Shepherd a.k.a. Grum’s second (or is that third) artist L.P. ‘Deep State’. Announced late in 2018, the album vanished. While he cannot confirm nor deny some of the more colourful conjecture around the album’s withdrawal, Grum and Anjunabeats are pleased to announce that ‘Deep State’ is back, rewired and reinvigorated for 2019.

Reflecting the unsettling times we live in, ‘Deep State’ has moments of light and dark. It’s a showcase of Grum’s ability to craft pitch-black progressive and immersive vocal pop. The 10-track album is a refined take on the current state of progressive trance.

A throwback to the riff-heavy rave sounds of the 90s, the first broadcast from ‘Deep State’ is ‘Stay’. As heard on Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats Volume 14 mix compilation, this saturnine warehouse cut was a popular set opener this summer. ‘Stay’ features a haunting vocal from British singer Nathalie Shay, who you can also hear on ‘Afterglow’.
