Singer Ana Danch presents her new, light and summery track «Шампейн».

This song is an adaptation of my English-language version titled “Champagne”, but it has its own unique atmosphere and sound.

While “Champagne” transported listeners to the luxurious shores of Saint-Tropez, «Шампейн» goes beyond geography – it’s a song about any place where there is the sea, love, and of course, champagne.

“I wanted to convey the feeling of that first moment of falling in love, when everything feels so vivid, when butterflies flutter in your stomach with every touch of your beloved,” shares the songwriter.

The track blends touching imagery, dance rhythms, and romantic lyrics. The main character falls in love at first sight, enchanted by the sea, the music, and the spirit of adventure.

«Шампейн» is a celebration of life and those fleeting moments that make us feel truly alive.

a song about Australia my home ……a little piano improv at the end with some bush sounds I recorded and the phenomenal playing of native instruments by the elders..........these are the sounds I remember as a young fella, having just immigrated from Belfast  Northern Ireland during the “troubles”  in 1980,  swapping petrol bombings and the sound  of patrolling army boots for the  song of the lyrebird and the scent of the bush is something I’ve not forgotten ,  so I’ve tried to capture that feeling a bit here……….cheers and peace for listening

This is a very short, sort of dreamy song. It reveals that lovers usually see the reality of a disconnect, yet often hold on to the shadowy past when things were so much different. This was originally recorded some years ago but I always wanted to improve the sound quality and complimentary instrumentation. Thanks to my dear friend and musical accomplice, Nat Daniels and Gentle Rain Records, we’ve tightened up the original tracks and she added some beautiful touches in the instrumentation that really make this song achieve the results I always sought. Thank you Nat!

This song began with Josh coming up with it on his electric piano and fretless bass, to which he added some banjo, then mandolin. Once he had a solid basis for the song, he shared it with the rest of Eclectic Collective for them to add their parts. 
  Ken was first up, adding his drums in an such a creative way that matched Josh's bassline perfectly. It was originally recorded to a looper disco beat, but that was blown out of the water by Ken's creative drumming. Tez jumped in next, adding his thrilling guitar to the second half of the song. Not to be outdone, Stephen batted clean up, adding his textural and melodic guitar to the first half. He also added some subtle, but brilliant acoustic guitar to the first half, too. 
  This is a great example of Eclectic Collective coming up with an original band sound out of one of Josh's seeds. We're always pushing boundaries and trying to find fun and exciting ways to build a song. Lots of teamwork in here, too, of course. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed making it.
