Mystic (Shamanic Drumming Journey)

This is my largest production to date.  I spent a lot of time using this song to improve my mixing/mastering/layering techniques.  It was Fun.

Not even sure where this came from.  I ran across a bass and drum part I don't even remember making (happens a lot).  I filled in leads and atmosphere, then experimented with the backing synth at the middle/end that came about from a new plugin I got on Black Friday (Teletone Audio's Ondine).

They Were Right

Hi there! :) First of all, great thanks Stanislav Maslov and Outside Records for the drum part and the percussion parts.

I created this music inspired by this small poem I once wrote:

"I've gone out of these walls
that give me warmth and hatred.
A winter wind is blowing softly on my face;
The wind is cold.
Snowflakes are getting on my tongue
and melting quickly,
and evening darkness is descending on this town.

The snow is falling softly on the street
and sparkling under streetlights.
It's calm around here;
life flows on its own.
Was all of that which was before,
or not?
The strain has gone,
The time has come,
I'm going home."
