The English saying "We're all going to Hell in a hand-cart" just about describes my mood when I wrote "Descent". It was one of those weeks in northern hemisphere Spring 2024 when there was absolutely no good news coming in from anywhere on the planet.

I trust that things will get better!

I made a cover song of one of my favorite childhood songs. This is the signature music composed by Olli Ahvenlahti from the Finnish family TV series  called Susikoira Roi (1987), which is based on the book written by Jorma Kurvinen.

In the picture, taken by the Hubble Space Telescope's Advanced Camera for Surveys in 2003, the 'Sombrero Galaxy' - discovered in the late 18th century by a French (Pierre Méchain) and a German (William Herschel ) astronomer.
