On the 8th me and Charlotte are back with a fab ballad , again with Greg ! Gaz and I have nearly finished our new one as well , there's a lot going on , I'd rather be busy than not ! A song written during an 11 week furlough in 2020… was a way to describe what was upon us all. I had a hunch.. but nobody knew what was really happening .

My singing has been invariably described as, “ painful to listen to”, … “For a singer, he’s a pretty good drummer “, … “ He sings about as good as a fish rides a bicycle”,…” you’re not doing yourself any favors by trying to sing”,…it’s okay, it’s just punk rock.. if you agree, I surely don’t mind! I just like stringing sounds together, for a fun hobby. I play and sing all the parts on my own tunes, for better or worse!… if I can inspire anyone, I’m happy, otherwise, carry on through your sunshining day !🤩

'Windrush' An intended soundtrack for a yet to be made documentary on the Imigration, (which was often "forced" or "coerced") by the British govenment of the mainly Jamaican population over to England after the 2nd world war in 1948.
The HMT Empire Windrush was the ship used to carry these 1027 West Indians, who were later housed in often abominable conditions, including unused underground stations. They were sent out to service type jobs for a pittance in pay and more or less used as "slave" labour.
This is my tribute to these extremely proud people, many of whom I have met over the years, whilst living in London. All of them I remember with fondness.
