In this story, Randy has been a licensed bell diver for 3 years & usually goes to a comfortable depth that was regulated on each of his missions.
However, one particular challenge arose, & Randy became stuck past 160 feet, since his line became severed from a sharp underwater cliff...
Does Randy make it back in time to be saved or drift off into a watery oblivion never to return? Can he find the strength to ascend before he tires out & falls to a lung crushing depth?

*What it does to the psyche to know trouble looms underwater where time without enough oxygen becomes an accelerated frantic feeling & a gut gnawing frightening event. 

*What's the longest you can hold your breath? Have you ever been able to improve the timing longevity?

Other Locations was originally released in 1996 on the German record label Broken Seal. It was the first CD release from Blink Twice and the label's second release.
At the time there was a zine culture in electronic music, where artists would send their cassettes through the mail to different underground music zines for review across the globe. It was really the only way to get one's music heard.
After putting out numerous cassettes in the early to mid 1990s, Blink Twice had earned a reputation as a unique dark ambient artist in America.

The dark mysterious sound of Blink Twice resonated in European countries, with favorable reviews in the Slovakian zine Crewzine, the Belgian leading electronic magazine Side-Line, Phosphor, and Wounded magazine from Lithuania. Hidden as the last track is an epic nearly 15 minute tribal ambient excursion that can only be described as Dead Can Dance era Spiritchaser" (1996) meets Delerium era "Spheres I"(1994)

It is an essential historic document for followers of Mood Exhibit, as well as any fan of dark ambient/neoclassical/tribal/cinematic sounds.
