Thoughts in the air

I started this over half a year ago with the idea that it would be in three parts...Part 1 was "Pipers into The Thistles". Part 2, done with a mountain dulcimer had a working title of "As Pipers Lay Dying" and Part 3 had a working title of "Pipers Of The Water"
My first attempt at re-visiting a theme with different colors to evoke different visions/emotions.
The Pipers are so proudly going off to war...and then finding out what that really is...and yet, and yet...
Whether we are pipers or not, we will still be beneath the grass...or the waves...one of these days...
