VOLMET Shannon on 8957kHz. I tried catching it when information for my city would've been presented but I missed it. :(

This is E07, also known as "The English Man". 

This ID seems to be 024, with one message indicated by the "1" said after the ID. An interesting find, as I have never heard this particular station's broadcast myself, only on videos.
