Sometimes the best finds aren’t in a crate, but at the bottom of a junk drawer.

I was digging through some old tech today and found a weathered USB stick buried in my desk's drawer along with old cables and other stuffs. When I plugged it in, I found this. I honestly have no memory of the session—it’s been years—and the metadata is a total blank. I couldn’t tell you what year this was born in, but the second the beat dropped, I knew it shouldn’t have been sitting in the dark for this long.

The catch? The original Ableton project is long gone (corrupt file—worst nightmare). All that’s left of this moment is this 320kbps MP3. No stems, no mix tweaks, just the raw energy of whenever this was captured.

It felt wrong to let it stay hidden on a piece of plastic. It’s rough, it’s unpolished, and it’s a total mystery to even me—but it knocks.
