UMAMI stems from a need to rediscover the fundamental taste, in this case in music. It’s a word that is not translated into different languages, it is international, like the artists here from all over the world. Umami is the unique flavour that encompasses them all, sweet, sour, bitter, salty that encompasses perfection... which is what one feels when listening to music with a quality research, a mix of emotions that are created, leading the listener to moments of ecstasy.  

In each track, work has been done to create an unexpected, surprising, goosebump moment. It's sounds, words, metrics, bass changes, everything needed to bring out the Umami in psytrance.

➤ Este set de DJ Tapuio é uma verdadeira imersão no underground goiano, unindo a força do dark progressive com as potentes influências culturais afro-indígenas que moldam a música e a identidade do estado. A proposta sonora vai além das batidas e notas, incorporando elementos espirituais e ancestrais, reverberando as vozes de nossos índios, que resistem e florescem com a mesma intensidade da música que pulsa na terra de Goiás.

No começo da viagem, as primeiras batidas trazem uma atmosfera misteriosa, como se a música fosse um ritual sagrado, ressoando nas florestas e nos campos abertos. As percussões de raízes africanas e indígenas se entrelaçam com os baixos pesados do dark progressive, criando uma onda sonora que nos transporta para dentro de uma aldeia ancestral. Cada groove, cada melodia, é um chamado às entidades que habitam as matas e rios da nossa terra.

Conforme o set avança, as camadas de som vão se tornando mais densas e intensas, com sintetizadores e samples de cantos tribais e tambores ecoando pela pista. É a energia das tribos goianas – com sua força mística, resistência e conexão com a natureza – se fazendo ouvir através da arte da música eletrônica. A música se mistura com as vozes dos ancestrais, com gritos de guerra e celebração, com cânticos que reverberam no coração da floresta e no espírito dos dançantes.

DJ Tapuio, com sua habilidade única de mesclar o futuro e o passado, cria uma fusão que vai além do simples eletrônico. Ele traz à tona um diálogo profundo entre o underground do dark progressive e as tradições afro-indígenas, criando uma atmosfera que não só nos faz dançar, mas também nos conecta espiritualmente com a alma de Goiás. Ju, aka Shred'er is a native of southern France. He discovered electronic music in 2002, which quickly became his passion, and started composing various styles on hardware devices. quickly settling his style to psychedelic trance. From composition to dj acts, his productions quickly grew stronger: Shred'er's touch is somewhere in between Groovy and frenetic psytrance, always reaching new realms of sound while keeping his own trade mark. In 2014, he joined the Transubtil crew and blast his first big dance floors. From then, evertything began to catch up: Shred'er multiplied the collaborations with acknoledged psychedelic artists. 2017 he create the french label Transubtil Records . 2019 he join the Looney Moon rec team


Ju aka Shred’er est originaire du sud de la France. Il découvre la musique électronique en 2002 et très vite passionné, commence à composer en 2004 différents styles sur hardware. Il s’arrêtera finalement sur la Trance qu’il découvre en 2008 : une véritable révélation qui lui permet désormais de s’épanouir musicalement. De productions en mix sets, ses compositions s’enrichissent : Shred’er oscille entre une une psytrance rythmée et des ambiances psychédéliques, sans cesse à la recherche de nouvelles sonorités qui marquent fondamentalement son propre style. Il rejoint en 2014 l’association Transubtil et prend alors les devants de gros dancefloors. En 2017 il crée le label Transubtil rec avec son ami Earthworm. 2019 il rejoint le label Looney Moon
