My new release, 'Nexus'; a song I have been working on for quite a while as to experiment with new ideas and less orthodox methods of producing

Nexus

A song I began writing while on holiday in the Brecon Beacons national park highlands, which I continued to write over the proceeding 3 weeks.
This is the first song by me which I have used my guitar to write, it was certainly a good learning experience!

Odyssey

An experimental track I have been working on for the better part of 3 months.
This is certainly the most complex and peculiar piece I've written, much time and effort were put into this in order to match the sound I had in my head. By the end of it, I had finished with 40 patterns, and enough automation clips to make my head spin. You should see the project file!

Refract

This is a track I made to be more upbeat and well defined than my previous work, with less complexity but a better outline.
My typical approach to writing a song is to add lots of detail and refine it as much as possible. This was an experiment to try the opposite approach- write simply, but make the melodies within the song as well defined as possible.

Disarray

An experimental track produced with the combination of live guitar and piano, alongside some digitally produced sounds.
The name 'Ethereal' was chosen as I had my guitar in ethereal tuning which I have been playing with for some time. I consider it one of my new favourites and was the origin of the almost sonorous sound this song carries with it.
