The Mouse and His Child (1977) has lovely music, so what better way to pay tribute than to bastardise it with a sloppy beat? Actually I kind of got carried away and started playing bass, piano etc.

Daft bouncy thing that could probably use a bit more variety, if it weren't so simplistically dense already. Here's how to cheat with a guitar (get in charity shop): I fumble around finding the chord, strum it to the beat for a bit, repeat; then cut out the silence in editing. Hey presto, "competent" rhythm guitar! It certainly beats using 1 bar loops or VSTs which sound fake (which has its own uses too ofc).
I once recorded me singing a scale pre-balls dropping, so that makes a fun Mellotron-esque .SFZ instrument.

Work in progress, so there's some "unproduced" bits, but I hope to keep this one fairly relaxed and not over-produced.

Not sure when this album will be out; I'm not committed to the names just yet. But I am fairly committed to what the tracks will be on the album however, so I can safely say it's about 75% way there.

Obnoxious loop made in the revelation of the "circle of fifths" during also a fixation on Shepard tones.
