Before you listen to this recording, you might like to take a moment and rate your state of mind out of 10, with 10/10 being very stressed, and 0/10 being totally relaxed. Take time to notice how you are physically, emotionally and mentally. Make a note somewhere of your rating. 

Once you've listened to the track, check in again with yourself, physically, emotionally and mentally. What do you notice? What, if anything is different from before? Then take a moment to rate your stress again.
