5 Piece Hard Rock/Metal Band. Enough groove for you to dance to with enough balls to put hair on the palm of your hand.

Formed in 2011 by Alannis and original drummer Gwak, the band has gone through a handful of members finally establishing the strong crew they have today.

A couple of demo's have been produced along the way with the most recent being the late 2014 release of the Rage-a-hol demo. Writing is well underway for a planned late 2015 EP release, which will be accompanied by a run of live shows.

Shut Up And Choke Me have played all over Melbourne, regional Victoria, Adelaide, and also a live radio set. In 2014 they made it to The Espy Artist Showdown final, competing with some of the finest local acts. Their live show is electric, full of energy, passion, and fun no matter what the venue or size of the crowd. Their mix of groove and aggression, sincerity and stupidity, love and hate, gives music fans of all tastes and genres something to enjoy.

Shut Up And Choke Me continue to go from strength to strength, not letting anything hold them back. More ear crushing and soul soothing live shows are coming and stay tuned for their upcoming EP which will surely be their strongest material yet.
