Shy Police 

During a chance meeting at LA's famed Westlake studios, two strangers began a conversation about crafting a new sound. A blend of 90's trip hop and 70's guitar rooted in present day electronic music, Shy Police was born. Six months later the duo was working with a substantial body of work, collaborating on production, song writing and engineering, an album was taking shape.  

Los Angeles based duo Banah Winn and Andy Caldwell are no strangers to the music game. Winn, hailing from Portland, Oregon settled in Los Angeles to build a new band and a new sound after playing with a handful of other projects, most notably California’s surf pop group Cayucas.  Caldwell, a California based electronic music producer who's own work has been nominated for several Grammys got his start with San Francisco's down-tempo act, Soulstice.
