Butterflies

Sunday Mourner is a track written on a proper chilled out Sunday afternoon, when I was determined to not start missing the weekend before it was even over. Therefore the lyrics are about enjoying your whole weekend and not allowing the thought of the Monday blues to ruin it.

This song is about being based in the countryside but always having the itch to go back to my spiritual home on the South Coast of England near the sea.

Get Down South

Aka Element.... is a music group started by singer songwriter/producer Simon Jones featuring Kerry Jones on vocals.

Simon has been around music since a very early age and has featured in many bands and live shows from festivals to pub/club gigs around the country. 
Simon plays and structures the music by himself having had vast experience on various instruments and has an array of different influences.

It is a small project at the moment, with Simon only having worked within the confines of a small bedroom in South Oxfordshire with the help of sister and singer Kerry Jones on some of the tracks.
