Audio Social Mix Series 019 - Thuja 
 
Our latest mix comes from our very own Thuja. Thuja joined the Audio Social crew officially in 2021 but he’s been supporting Audio Social since the beginning. His roots are deep, along with his sound as he is an acclaimed producer getting featured on Subtle Radio and Deep Tempo.  Thuja released his first EP - Shapeshifter with Obsidian YVR last year and his track Welcome to the Party was featured on Deep Tempo in 2021. 
 
Although you may just be hearing his name now, Thuja has been producing tunes for years, and his early inspiration came from Eprom , noting he loved his production and sound design because they were all so different compared to anything else he has ever heard. His unique production style is what pushed Thuja towards music production in the first place. Like all great producers there has been growth within his sound and Thuja notes he is now inspired by Whatley, Darkimh and Sleeper. Inspired by the greats his sound is deep and mysterious, but Thuja wanted to treat us to a well rounded mix that covers a ton of different styles within dubstep featuring a few Thuja originals and bootlegs. His inspiration for the mix is something you could chill at home and listen to. 

Now we may be biased because we love his oh so much but he is a producer you should keep an eye out for. He is up-an coming and this is just the beginning.
