The next release on Black Seven Music comes courtesy of Swiss talent Boy.An, featuring a remix from rising Argentinian artist Tomas Bisquierra - What It Do EP.

Boy.An was born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland. His artist name is an adaptation of his real name, Bojan - which comes from Eastern Europe (Serbia). His latest body of work comes as a two-track EP, accompanied by a remix from upcoming South American talent Tomas Bisquierra.

What It Do opens the release with loose grooves and pleasantly nonchalant energy. Swinging drums and arpeggiated synths add a level of rambunctious energy to its punchy foundation and melds perfectly in places with its catchy vocal hook. A potent hip-shaker for peak time sets!

Tomas Bisquierra follows with a raucously upbeat re-do of the title track. Boasting a high-energy tech house persona from the outset, its furiously attention-grabbing presence makes for the perfect weapon of choice to unload on packed dancefloors.

Boy.An closes the EP with Stay, a progressively melodic terrace tech style track. Hypnotically soulful at its crux, it champions the true essence of a club-ready vibe-builder - endlessly layering rich frequencies, gliding percussive loops and driving drum work alongside a rising vocal that readies you perfectly for its many throwdowns.

The next release on Unnamed & Unknown comes from Costa Rican talent Kevin York delivering three original cuts, accompanied by MEEN and label boss Pedro Vasconcelos on remix duties - making up the Mi And Mis Amigos EP.

Opening the release, ‘Baby So Good’ comes in hot with punchy drums and driving percussion. An emphatic terrace roller, carried by pulsating sub-bass notes, subtle melodies and soulful vocal layers, its unwavering energy makes it addictively danceable from end to end. 

Pedro Vasconcelos comes next with his remix of ‘Baby So Good’. A stripped back and groove focused rendition of the original; its exotic feel builds around clean-cut instrumental injections to carve out a wave of movement-inspiring energy and creative arrangement with plenty of twists and surprises along the way. 

Next up, ‘Me And Mis Amigos’ dives back into the realm of hearty rolling Tech House with more intricately layered instrumental flair. Heavyset kicks combine with rhythmic sub-bass and vocal chops to build a perpetual groove that continues to rise throughout the track, dissected by climactic builds and weighty drops. 

MEEN’s remix of the title track follows, bringing an array of watertight drum work and rippling percs that build gripping energy from the outset. Bursting with peak time appeal, its hard-hitting concoction of individual elements amass to an undeniably appealing dancefloor jam!

The release draws to a close with ‘Desire’ completing a trio of club-geared delights from Kevin York. Another hotbed of hands-up components, tied together by a commanding vocal arrangement that rides over the top of an underbelly consisting of potent rhythm, delicate harmonies and a hooky bassline.
