Of Norway - It's You (S.Sic Remix) /// Free Wave Download!!!

Time has come and we proudly present our first release on Sick:Trash. Although the track "S.Sic & Terry Trasher - Black Smoker" was already on Soundcloud for some time, we nevertheless decided to release a new edited version with many remixes. 
Since many befriended artists contributed good versions, there will be two extractions.

For the "Vol. I", we opted for two artists who stood out to us through their constant musical work - Baeks who organized the Robot Army Parties and Henkins Hain, who impressed us all the way with his live acts ":vorWien". Maybe you have already heard of them, known as "coan".

For the original track of S.Sic and Terry Trasher one can only say: it is slow, very dark and strong, dominated by an acidsynth which weaves in waves through the frequency band.

Baeks beats grooves the sounds on a short leash by the track, escorting fine Shaker - shaken, not stirred.

Henkins Hain pushes heavy drums in a dark mood through the room, acidlines croak, feedback shine, it hisses and steams.

Hurra, hurra Sick:Trash ist da!

Es ist nun so weit und es erscheint das erste Release auf Sick:Trash. Obwohl der Track "S.Sic & Terry Trasher - Black Smoker" schon so lange auf Soundcloud zu hören war, entschieden wir uns dennoch, von diesem Track eine neu editierte Version mit vielen Remixen zu veröffentlichen.
Da viele Künstler gute Versionen beisteuerten, wird es zwei Auskopplungen geben.

Für das "Vol. I"  entschieden wir uns für zwei Künstler, die uns durch ihre  beständige, musikalische Arbeit auffielen - Baeks, der die Robot Army-Parties organisiert und Henkins Hain, der uns durch seine soliden Live-Acts im ":vorWien" schon einige Male beeindruckt hat. Dem ein oder anderen sind die beiden vielleicht auch als coan bekannt.

Zum originalen Track von S.Sic und Terry Trasher kann man nur eins sagen: slow und dark, dominiert von einem Acidsynth, der sich in Wellen durch das Frequenzband tastet.

Baeks' Beat grooved die Sounds an der kurzen Leine durch den Track, feine Shaker eskortieren – geschüttelt, nicht gerührt.

Henkins Hain schiebt schwere Drums in düsterer Stimmung durch den Raum, Acidlines krächzen, Feedbacks leuchten, es zischt und dampft.

The new EP on Sick:Trash, a Berlin-based label, which despite its relatively young history
is rooted deep in the techno scene, comes from S.Sic, that comes along with experimental
but shifting sound.
This Ep was also a personal challenge for S.Sic and brought some sleepless nights for
him. With curiosity, ingenuity and a certain amount of researchers sense on field
recordings, he gives these tracks a very individual touch.
Thus you can listen to clinking bottles, squeaky doors and a lot of everyday sounds, paired
with pop-synths in his tracks.
Is this sound some kind of specific category? Well, everyone has to decide for themselves.
But, none of this stuff is off the shelf.
