Looking back on the process of making this track I can do nothing but smile. The reason for this is the meaning behind the song! For myself, leaving the shore is about letting go of negative stuff and closing off chapters.

As some of you might know I have been changing up my lifestyle over the last 2 years. Started working out in the gym and lost 30 kg in total. This led to feeling a lot better and being more productive than ever in the studio. Of course, the chapter/meaning will be different for everyone. 

With this song I would like to support everyone who is going through rough times and is in need to close off a chapter in their life. Being able to close off chapters can be hard, but it is really important to grow.
