When seeking an update on the investigation and why he has made up lies against me on Trip Advisor - the General Manager Shelton Premalal confirms he acted out of retaliation due to bad Trip Advisor Comments.

You really cannot complain about the Customer Service as there isn't any at all. Is this what a so called  Reputable General Manager of apparent 4 star hotel reacts - when asked about an incident that happened under his watch.

Shameful!! Time to Quit Premalal!
