With this track, I wanted to create a song that expressed how I have been feeling about life lately. I wanted this to serve as a "reminder" of where I can be mentally, emotionally, and musically, something I can play to motivate myself when things just aren't working. It's a good feeling when I can start to make things I am proud of, yet still see a lot of room for improvement, and a lot of new ideas forming. I hope you enjoy!

Reminder

some ambient stuff i did this last week. I haven't listened to it on headphones or tried to mix it yet, but i still wanted to release it because it sounded fine on speakers. I made all but one of the synths here on my own using Vital, which is a first for me that I'm proud of.

A short piano improv for Kale Overlords Impressions jam, for the Ambience theme! The ideas from this both came about from the material provided by Kale, but also from a conversation me and my composition professor had about being outside, specifically on the water listening to the birds and sounds around you.
