Midsummer Ripples

Written and recorded 18th June 2015

This is a jam that took about 5 hours to write and record, just a couple of days before I set off to work in the US over the summer. As such, it was largely a message to myself to have confidence when faced with a potentially nerve-wracking but exciting prospect. I needn't have worried, as the time I spent in the US was beyond anything I could have hoped for. This song still serves as a reminder to have courage and to make the most of life, despite a natural tendency to hide away and avoid change.

I am not a musician but music plays a very important role in my creative life! I am an artist/designer and music is my companion and my muse in the long hours I spend working in my studio!
