Dj Ganesh was born in 1973, he comes from France and has been ripping up dancefloors around the world for many years now such as India, Nepal, Mexique, Bresil, Thailande, Italie, Belgium, Spain, and more.. He blast many famous and big festival around the world like Sonica, Hadra, Aeon Gatering ,Respect, Universence, Mundo De Oz, Tantra, Imagin'Aire, World People, and many more...Ambassador of catalyst records label in France, Europe and Asia, he continues to spread the Catalyst sound in biggests festivals on the planet. Powerful and serious blasting Psytrance.

Julien aka Ganesh discovers Trance in 1997 during a Zoom Festival in Zurich, Switzerland. After participating in many Zoom festivals (1997 to 2005), it is in 2004 that he starts to mix. In 2005, he founded the organization « Dream and Fly » in Lyon and organized parties as well as decoration in the Lyon region of France in order to promote PsyTrance. His music is a very dynamic Full On morning style that brings him to play in party in south of France and Lyon. Throughout his different booking in France, Switzerland, Nepal, and India, he was able to play alongside of famous artists such as Hyper Frequencies, Ajja, Avalon, Zen Mechanic, laughing Buddha to name a few.

In 2012, he discovers Catalyst Records and was immediately attracted to their sound. A fresh, new and serious sound that seems to bring something new to the dancefloor. His style becomes harder, more hypnotic and extremely psychedelic where robust basslines, monster kicks and a mechanical array of psychedelic sound are prominent, but never leaving aside his groove. His meticulous technique and track selection launch him not only unto the French scene but unto the entire globe where he starts to play alongside the biggest names in the scene: Tristan, Dickster, ace ventura, Spectra sonics, Southwild, tron, and many more !

In 2012-2013, he is booked in Nepal (Universal Religion, Mountain Madness 3), Goa , then in France at the World People Festival (Back To Pirates) as well as the Hadra Trance Festival. 
2013, he joins the Mexican label Catalyst Records. He then becomes the unique Label Dj in Europe. This year he plays all over France, Mexico, India (Goa), Switzerland, Thailand, and Italy. In 2015, he is even more determined to spread the Catalyst sound and tours Brazil playing at 3 prestigious festivals including Mundo do Oz, Respect Festival, and Universcence in Río. After blasting the Sonica Festiva 2015 in Italy, he plays at Woodstower festival and Imaginaire Festival 1 et 2 in France.

His passion to make the people dance and transmit positive energy while playing has only grown over the years. His versatile track selection makes him able to play at night or during the day always creating a mad frenzy on the dancefloor projecting the listeners into other dimensions of highly technological digital sound… Cata-Style!
